I have been using Meta-Slim for about 2 months now. I've lost a couple inches all around , and went down from size 22 to 20 so far. I find the progress to be slow..but attribute that to drinking alcohol every other weekend (alcohol slows the process) and not drinking enough water. When I do light excersise, it seems to go faster also. I have cut my portions down half and trying to drink more water. This has been helping, as my clothes are feeling looser. Its certainly not a quick fix diet plan, but I have more energy taking it and its much faster than going it alone. Its not to expensive. I think the only addictive part of it , is the weight Loss formula, it seems to give me more energy, and I noticed when I forgot to take it I was tired.

I've heard MetaSlim can have some very negative side-effects, any word on this? I've also heard it works very quickly and easily if you excercise and eat right, so I'm very conflicted. Anyone have any other opinions?

I have only had one side effect from Metaslim, and that was that I was tired for the first 3 days after starting...after that, omg I felt awesome ! I measured my body parts, and after 2 weeks found I have lost approx 1.5 inches off each part! Its been 2 months now and slow and steady progress, I know its working tho, so I will keep taking it. The more I loose, the more I seem to be able to do. I am not weighing myself yet, but checking inches and clothing loosness. The energy I get alone has made this a prosuct worth taking. (weightloss formula gives energy)Good Luck all!

Hi,
I thought I would write about my situtation, because I do not know if Metaslim affected me. I Recently found out I have a Blighted Ovum, So I will be going to miscarry. I am 16 weeks. I remember someone asking about getting pregnant on Metaslim because it inhibits progesterone growth, or something along that line. I DO NOT know if it affected my pregnancy, but if you are trying to get pregnant, maybe it would be a good idea to NOT use metaslim. Did anyone else get pregnant while using Metaslim? Did they miscarry? or was this just bad luck for me? Any answers would be helpful...

I've tried Metaslim before and it didn't really work after I was taking ephedrine for so long. I haven't taken the ephedrine is a long time though and just started back on the metaslim. So, far I haven't lost anything at all, but it has only been about 5 days.

I am only doing the weight reduction formula, not combo. When did it start working for the rest of you?

I recently started using MetaSlim a couple days ago. I have a concern now because when I take the Weight Loss pill in the morning it completely curbs my appetite. I can go from 8 in the morning until about 8pm at night without eating a thing, no snacks or anything, and I am drinking a lot less also. I can try to force the food down but I just have no desire to eat once I am on the pill. The energy I get from it is great, it just reduces the need for me to eat because I feel so energetic.

Has anyone else had this problem? I'm beginning to worry.

I lost 30 lbs after 3 months of taking MetaSlim. Thats from 195lbs to 165lbs. I lost 2 inches on my waist line from 34 to 32. According to my BMI (body mass index). I should be at 150 - 155lbs. So, I'm 15 founds away from my target.

All of this includes:
* A 30 minutes exercise in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening, I used P90 for my exercise routine, 10 - 15lbs dumb bell, steppers and push up bars.
* Eating regularly, specially in the morning (boiled egg, non fat/calories and sugar free, salad in lunch time, some grill in the evening)
* Lots of water.
* Lots of green tea, they said 1 cup of tea is equivalent to 90 calories will be burn effortless.
* Recently, I added raspberries to my diet, base on the magazine that I read (LIFE magazine) that there are some substances that help burn fats effortless.

PostPosted: 02/03/08 - 05:12    Post subject: metaslim carb blocker Vote now! Reply with quote

I just started taking the metaslim carb blocker pills the other day, and the first day I took them I noticed that I had a stomach pain after I ate dinner. Is that the pills way of telling you when to stop eating? or should I be worried?

also, I slept over at my cousin's house last night and was without my pills so I ate regularily (which is pretty low fat/low calorie) but I plan on taking them tomorrow. Is having a day in between pills going to cause them not to work?

My friend took Metaslim and went from 167 lbs. to 123 lbs. Took her 6 months to lose the weight and she has kept it off. She looks great. I tried it but didn't have the same success. Might try again but this time , be more focused on diet and cardio. It actually made me feel tired..maybe I'm, strange...lol

Any pill can get you addicted. I know that at in California Drug Rehab program a guy was addicted to vitamin C. Any drug is a risk for our body, even if we don`t know it. We will realize this later, and then we will regret we ever started.
