Did i get a disease from his fingers?

A little less than 2 weeks ago i got fingered by my ex boyfriend, i was and still am a virgin. well at atleast i think so, because the next morning i was really sore down there. i just figured either he was just too rough or he broke my hymen with his fingers. for the next few days i developed somewhat of a rash down there, it itched really bad and burned when i peed. and a couple days ago i discovered a small hard ball on the inside of my vagina. it isnt really sticking out. but i can feel it when i rub it. i've been researching like crazy to find out what i may have caught from him. if i even did. but i cant find anything about the hard ball! im sure i did catch something from him because he's known for sleeping around and not really being safe about it. and of course im not like that but i had been drinking and one thing led to another and he ended up fingering me and we dry humped. but thats it. could he have possibly given me something with his fingers? i think he tried to use some of his spit as lube. im not too sure what he was doing because the lights were out.
