Did not ejaculate in me, but still VERY WORRIED

A few days ago, I had sex. I have a feeling that I may have been ovulating at the time just based on the whole counting the days on the calendar, but I'm not sure. Anyway, we had sex with a condom. He did not ejaculate, but I know some stuff came out. We stopped and he took the condom off and maybe like 5 minutes later he put it back in me without a condom just to see how it felt. He had it in me for maybe a minute. The thing is, I don't do that...have sex without condoms so I am VERY WORRIED. I know he didn't ejaculate because he never ever does, but I'm not so sure about the precum or the precum that was in the condom when we were first having sex. I don't know. I just feel really paranoid now. My boobs hurt alot a day after and for the past two days I've felt nauseous and I've had some cramping in my lower stomach. I know it's probably too early for that so I might be feeling those things because I am so worried. I just don't know. Please, someone let me know what you think. I am supposed to be starting my period either at the end of this month or the very beginning of the next month. I'm really scared.

You cannot get pregnant like this, precum rarely ever contains any sperm.
