Did you find C-Pap with oxygen helpful for sleep apnea?

Hello! My husband has a really big problem with sleeping. His doctor told him that he probably have some kind of sleeping disorder called obstructive sleep apnea. Now he will need to use C-Pap. I don’t know what it is exactly. Did you find C-Pap with oxygen helpful for sleep apnea? Thank you!

Hi! I also have obstructive sleep apnea and I can tell you that it’s very hard for me and my wife also. I started to use continuous positive airway pressure (or CPAP) few months ago and now I feel better. I think that CPAP is very useful and that your husband should try it. This is the most common treatment for OSA.
