| In January, I spent more than $900 to join a monitored 9-week weight loss program and another $1800 on special nutrition such as supplements, shake powders and nutrition bars. I have stopped completely with white carbs such as rice and potatoes, consumed very little pasta, and baked sweets. However, I have lost less than 2 pounds. Did you go trough this or similar kind of weight loss? Results? |

| First, I have to tell you, no matter which kind of diet you choose to lose weight, there will be no satisfied results if you do not change way of your thinking and your habits. Besides diet, you need to exercise, walk, and go on massages. To take care of all your body, not only nutrition. |
