Did you have any warning signs before bad symptoms came?

Hi, I am in menopause. What surprised me is that it occurred quite fast. I did not feel some severe symptoms that would point to menopause. As a matter of fact, nothing but my period that was irregular and the fact that I was a bit nervous pointed to the fact that I have started going into menopause. Did you have any warning signs before the bad symptoms came?

Hi, I am one of many women like you. The fact that your period is irregular and that you are nervous indicates menopause. However, you should feel extremely lucky if these are the only symptoms you are experiencing. Apart from these two, a lot of other symptoms can occur. Mine were very different. I first did not even put them in the same basket. It did not even occur to me what was happening. The mood swings and hot flashes were the most terrible for me. I went to see a doctor. Believe it or not, I was very surprised to learn that I am in menopause. Fortunately, there are medicines that can help. I am sure that you keep your symptoms under control just like I do.
