Dieing white hairs under testicles?

Lately, I have noticed that every week i have hairs underneath my testicles that are turning white and dieing. It is quite easy to pluck them without any pulling or hesitation to them. They just come right out. Im starting to get worried if this could be anything. Please help if you have any ides
