I am on Diet Power right now. This is the first diet I like, because it does not discriminate any food that I like. Diet Power is very easy to use- you tell Diet Power how much you weight and how much you want to weight and when. Then the software calculates the food intake you are supposed to follow if you want to achieve that goal. And every time you eat or exercise, you log in diet power, and programme calculates effect of all foods that you have eaten. It is simple and it works for me.
