| Hello, folks. It seems that I have anemia. I am pale, I had a headache, heart palpitations... I did a blood test and it seems that I have a low iron. I wonder whether I can correct my anemia with diet. What do you think about it? I would appreciate your advices. Thanks. |

Hi, there. There is a food which is rich with iron. You can try with that. Cooked beans and lentils are excellent sources. You can also try with pumpkin seed and cereals. However, I don't know how much your iron is decreased. You should go to a doctor. If the situation is more serious, then maybe a doctor would recommend some iron supplements. He can point you out to a nutritionist that would make you a proper diet. I hope this helps. Bye!
