Hi everyone out there,
Can anyone tell me where I can get the Microdiet? The one with just the shakes in strawberry, choc, and vanilla. They contain 110 calories and you have 3 a day. I live in the uk and had it 20 years ago and it was great - no temptation of any food!
Many Thanks
Amanda

I don't know about MicroDiet, but I do know about a company my mother works for called Herbal Life.
This involves drinking shakes a certain amount of times per day, but you also take vitamin pills etc.
She was vastly over weight (cruel friends of mine would call her a whale ;] ) and now she's toned down fairly nicely.
Exercise : simply an hour of walking a day, but she skipped days sometimes.

I'm not sure if this is available in the US, but I know it is here in the UK :]

Maybe you're thinking of the Cambridge diet. I went on this diet in the early 80's and lost 100 lbs in about 6 months.

Sorry, the previous message got posted prematurely. If you look into the history of the Cambridge diet, I think you may be pleasantly surprised. After 20 years, I once again ordered some of the drink mix over the internet last week.
