Differences between Osteopathic & Chiropractic?

Hi! I have serious problem with constant back pain. I want to try with Chiropractic or Osteopathy. I know that they are very similar disciplines of alternative healing and that the both of them have similar methods of treating muscular, cranial and postural problems. What is the Differences between Osteopathic & Chiropractic?

Well, osteopaths have a holistic approach and they use manual and physical therapies when they treating illness, disease and injury. Ciropractors treat and prevent mechanical disorder of the musculoskeletal system, their effects on the nervous system and on general health. The main technique in chiropractic is the manipulation of the spine. They also use different terminology.
