Different blood types

I have a friend that is pregnat and she has o positive blood and her boyfriend has o neg the doc. said that she might have a problum with the pregnacy. She had to get some kind of shot that mixed the blood or something like that, we just want to get some more info on this if you can tell me or tell me were to find some info on the net. IT MUST have been that your friends was O NEGATIVE!

ANY WOMAN with a NEGATIVE Blood type needs a shot of Rhogam to prevent her body from attacking the pregnancy..so to speak..
