Different smells, bump and confused vigina!

Help please! My "down there" has been acting really weird lately. for the last almost month I've been sleeping with my new boyfriend (but had a one night stand a month before that). I"m thinking one of them may have given me something.
About a week after the new boyfriend and I started sleeping together my discharge got a funky smell. Kind of musky. But not all the time. And I'll get really really wet for no reason at all. Then I though I had an ingrown hair so i squeezed it (alot) and it blew up into almost a blister. These are the only symptoms I have.
Could this be because he's a new guy? He's much 'bigger' then my last boyfriend, does that have anything to do with it?
I have an obgyn appointment in a couple weeks (believe me I would go sooner if I could), but would like to be mildly prepared for what he's going to say.
What do you think?
