| I'm sixteen and i've been a smoker on and off for two years, my mom smokes as well. I recently have been having these issues breathing like sombody is squeezing my chest, random sharp pains in my ribcage and i have a really stuffy nose. I'm constantly tired and this has been going on for a few weeks now. I've been sick three times this month and thats really unusual for me, because i have a pretty good metabolism. Everybody is saying it's allergies but i took some Aerius and that hasn't helped me at all, plus i've never had problems with allergies either. I went to a walk in clinic two weeks ago and they told me my throat was just swollen, and gave me some Biaxin XL, which only seemed to make it worse. I went in today and they told me my tonsils are swollen, and then just completely brushed me off and told me to gargle salt water, but this has been going on for weeks now and i don't know what to do or what could even be wrong. |
