Hi, my son is 23 years old and he is training box for several years. I have noticed, some time ago, he almost stopped to eat fruits. I have tried to talk to him about it but he told me that he needs more proteins to build up his muscles. Few days ago he complained on digestion problems so I would like to know if it may be caused but lack of fruit in his meals.

Fruits are very important because of their fibers which stimulate digestion and are good laxatives. Anyway it would be good that your son visit his doctor to check if this is only problem.
