about 8 months ago i used a end of toothbrush as a dildo substitute then the end of a hammer...then i had a little blood and mucus in my stool... then i never had blood again... but had mucus sometimes after that....
i dont feel irritable but is there something wrong? or nothing happened it was a one time thing???????? Question

it was likely a one-time thing. A little blood is to be expected, and as long as it stopped, you're fine.
