I have a discharging pimple at the tip of my penis, right below my urethra. It is clear fluid, like one tiny drop per day. There are not other symptoms whatsoever. I've only recieved blow jobs. Could it be an STD. My dermatologist said its an ectopic urethral gland, and is nothing to worry about, is that what it is? Is there any treatment.

The spot you talk about shouldn't worry you. I had something similar on the right side of the glands and had it checked out by my GP. it had been caused by elevated testestorone levels (mostly caused by stress) and i was advised to just make sure i pay special attention to that area when washing (not that i dont wash that area thourghly). At the time i asked a few of the people i worked with if they had had anything similar and was quite suppresed how much this actually happens to men (mostly teenagers). It can be treated with creams and antibiotics available from your GP (mine is quite a tight arse when it comes to giving out medication).

Make sure you pull back the foreskin (if you have one) when washing, it can be sensitive to start with but i found that using quite a think body gel e.g lynx, physio sport ect can help to prevent that. I useualy wash all over then go back to the penis and wash it again but just focusing on that area alone.

Hopefully you should start to see a reduction and eventually dissapearence of the spot after a couple of weeks.

Dont know if it helps you, my first post on this site, try not to worry too much about it and im sure you will be fine mate.

Andy
