Discolored testicles and pain in penis

Hi,

After I had been masturbating one night, I woke up the next day and the right side of my penis was incredibly painful to touch. Also, the base of my penis and some areas of my testicles turned black. After a few days the pain went away (but it is still a little sensitive), as did the blackness on my penis, but my scrotum is still discolored around the middle. Any idea what might have happened to me?

I suppose you have been a bit harsh on your genitals during masturbation. You didn’t report what kind of technique you have been using but it’s obvious you injured some of the veins in the scrotum and penis. This is where the bleeding’s probably coming from.

Because of the vein rupture, the blood has filled your scrotum and it turned black. No harm done, the condition is self-resolving and it should go away in a few days time.

Try refraining from masturbation until it heals and try to be little less harsh on your genitals next time. If the problems persist, see a doctor.
