Discomfort bottom of right ribs

Hi hope you can help, im getting real discomfort in my stomach(right hand side). sometimes it is in the centre then it will be under my ribs etc.feels like someone is squeezing my insides!and my stomach is very tender.sometimes alot of burning!! Also i have a lot of discomfort from wind moving about under the right rib etc.

when you first got this soreness was it minor and then got a bit worse? Are you on any antibiotics?
