Not sure if i posted it in the right subforum but I hope so.

I'm a 24 year old male with the following symptoms

I have lately been having the urge to pee exessivly, even right after peeing I have to go several times within maybe minutes just to get out a couple drops or almost nothing. This is not continous throughout the day, but especially bad in the morning, night and I think it seems to be also worse around times I drink/eat a lot. This is also coupled with discomfort in the groin, especially (seen from the front) 2-3 centimeters above and to the right of the penis. I also sometimes feel a slight discomfort on the lower-back near where i believe the kidneys are. This is also coupled with the feeling of less control/numbness in the general groin area.

I do not feel any pain while peeing and I should be clean for chlamydia and such (I've had it three times, but last time is well 8 months ago and I did the cure back then.

Some symptoms I do not know if are related but which might be is that for the last year or two I've had less sensation under sex, as in "numbness", this is not as prevalent while masturbating, but under sex it sometimes just feels like I'm banging my hips towards a girl instead of the penis, though I do get great orgasms, but it just feels like it's numb until the orgasm happens.

Could that be somewhat coupled with the PC muscle or prostate? Another thing is, I have a bad habit of slightly pulling in my gut automaticly, which I've been doing for years, this I would think somewhat strains the PC muscle or the muscles down there because the movement is not that far off from how you perform peeing (the retraction of muscles that is).

I've also always been a "pump-pee'er", never been good at having a continous flow, though if ive been drinking lots that's not a problem. This also has become a bit worse, taking more pressure to get it out.

Hopefully you may shed some light on this.

Sincerely Thomas

Why haven't you seen a doctor about this? Some of those symptoms sound like prostate cancer to me. You need to get your young ass to an MD and like yesterday.

Dude, you definitely need to get to the doctor. I've been looking up prostate problems since I've just been told mine is enlarged and the peeing thing could definitely be caused by enlarged prostate. I've seen it usually associated with older guys in what I read but I just started researching. And the post b4 mentions prostate cancer. Get your butt in there now and find out what's wrong!!!

The reason I have not seen a doctor is because of the stupid system in my Country (you are assigned a doctor and can practically only get an appointment at that doc's office, except if there's an emergency you can go to the hospital). I've moved and thus my physician has been around 10 hours away from me and I haven't gotten a doctor at my new town yet, but I have an appointment the coming week which will hopefully shed some light on what's wrong. Having now read about all the symptoms I'm hoping it's no worse than a benign prostate enlargement.

I just read your post and share a number of your symptoms. I'm also a 24 year old male; I used to have a continuous stream in the past but in the last 6 months or so it has felt more and more slightly "restricted," as though the urine under more pressure or travelling through a smaller tube. Sometimes there's discomfort in the prostate area, of the same sort you'd get after a cystoscopy if you've ever had that done. I also experience the discomfort if I flex my PC muscle (the muscle you use to stop peeing) any more than a little bit. I also have the "stomach sucking" habit you mention. In my case, I don't know if it's completely related, but I'm struggling with some erectile dysfunction as well. I don't know if it's entirely physical, because I sometimes have strong erections in the morning, but even those tend to have less sensation that I remember - your "numbness" comment sounds very familiar. Have you experienced anything like this? If you don't mind my asking, if you are still sexually active, do you find your erections to be any less intense, or do go away more quickly in the absence of stimulation, etc? I hope we are too young to be having serious problems of this nature...

In any case, I did go to a doctor and had the 10 second prostate exam done (found nothing) as well as a cystoscopy (they insert a camera the length of your urethra and into your bladder, not fun) at my insistence to check for stricture or some random infection. All that came up clean, and I started to wonder if I was just being a hypochondriac, but I still definitely have the discomfort and erection issues (I have no trouble achieving orgasm, by the way). I went so far as to see if a psychologist had anything useful to say, but that turned out to be a dead end and a huge gray area. I plan to see my GP again to drill him more about what could be going on. Anything you (or anyone else) can add or relate to would be very helpful; I'm finding it very hard to find good objective information on this.

Yeah, I've had the same problem. The pee problem went away, but the numbness has been getting worse for years, up till the present, when I now can barely get it up. I've been to doctors and they've told me there's nothing wrong. But it all started when I read the Multi Orgasmic Man and started f@#$^&* around with the PC muscle. If anyone knows any sollutions, I'd be more than grateful to hear them. I'm at a dead end here.

I also have syptoms as have been explained so far. I also have seen a urologist/had a cystoscopy and they found nothing. I am frustrated and annoyed by my constant peeing. Especially problematic in the morning since I bartend and need to sleep in but instead wake up 4-5 times before 10am. No doctor has found any explanation and I'm really not happy with this issue

Hey guys,
I wanted to comment about the prostate issue. I am 38 years old now and have many symptoms that you mentioned. I took all the tests and came up clean. I have some urine flow problems, but I more or less feel weak (ful-like) associated with stomach pain. I had gonnerhea when I was 24-25 yrs. old, I really think it stems from that. Anyways, it is prostitiitus from what the doctors tell me. I eat brocchili and take Detrol for the frequent urination, seems to be better. My stomach growls after urinating, or after completion of sex. Nobody seems to have an answer, but take care of yourselves, thats important! And please if any has any advice for me, send it my way, E

Hi there!
I'm 21 for past 4 years i've been going to urologists getting myself checked every 4 months or so getting a burning sensation when i'm peeing in my perineum i would have a dripping urination as one of you described and would have to remain on the toilet for quite a long period of time. I think now that My problem started with reading a book I found under my brothers bed called how to make love all night and drive your woman wild. I exercised my PC muscle contracting it regularly and building up its strength. I also found it very pleasurable to contract this during sex and it has been a habit of mine since I never made the connection between this problem and my PC exercise but it seems quite likely there is a link There are a few websites such as herballove.com/library/resource/prematureejaculation/weak_pc_muscle_01.asp that advise against contracting it too often take a look I always thought the idea of keeping in your ejaculation was unnatural and this confirms it
