Discomfort in testicles, possibly caused by a clot in the ve

I posted a topic before and didn't get any replies, maybe from the vague subject name or maybe cause no one had any answers. Anyway, I've been having discomfort in both of my testicles but not at the same time, it sort of comes and goes between each one and sometimes isn't there at all. I covered most of this in my other topic. The thing I didn't mention was a clotted vein, or what I'm assuming is a clotted vein, just below the head. I've had one of these before and it just disappeared over time but I don't remember it being accompanied by discomfort in the testicles. Just wondering if this could be the reason behind it. Thanks in advance for any help.

Sorry you didn't get an answer earlier.

You didn't share a lot about when the pain in each testicle comes... but you did indicate that they alternate. This puzzles me.

You also ask if it could be related to a clotted vein just below the head. I assume you are talking about the head of the penis? How do you know if it is clotted? Just because it is bulging?

Veins swell because the blood flow is being trapped from moving backwards by valves in the vein. If the forward flow is blocked, either by hand, or a constriction (cock ring, band, tight opening) the blood backs up and the vein bulges.

The clotting might occur because of damage, injury, or other factors in your blood, but to assume that a vein is clotted without a medical opinion and exam seems to be quite a leap.

The bottom line is this. Any continued or repetitive pain in the testicles needs to be checked out. By a medical professional. I would suggest a trip to your clinic.

I'm reading between the lines here, but perhaps there was more info in your earlier post. Are you involved in vigorous, or borderline sex practices, like abuse, or vigorous masterbation? Are you using a cock ring or rubber band to trap the blood flow and make the penis swell? These things can only be done for a limited time, and once damage is done, it can be permanent. Use caution. I'd recommend a few books on related topics: "Tickle His Pickle", "S&M 101" by Lady Green, or "The Guide to Getting it On" by Paul Johanees. All should be in print, but each addresses a different flavor of sexual stimulation. You might also try "Sex for One" by Betty Dobson.
