| Hi.. I'm 17 years old and have had these spots on my penis for some time... I notices it first in grade 5 or 6, long before the first time I had sex. I have been to nervous to approach my parents or a doctor about it due to the fear of the spots being cancer. I've been reading some information on these topics, but one thing I cant see on here is if Fordyce's spot's ever puss. Sometimes, when the spots get larger I can physically squeeze them and puss will come out. Is this Fordyces or something different? |

| Im 16 and have the same thing exactly it sounds like but im not sure if they are fordyce spots or not. I hope someone posts w/ an answer |

| It could actually just be an ingrown hair folicle. I have one too, and my doctor says it happens sometime, when a hair grows wrong, and the skin forms a bump. It goes away, but just keep it clean, that's all I can say >.< |

| Just wanted to say that yes Fordyce spots CAN contain the almost "zit-like puss". Some do, some don't, usually the larger ones contain it. |
