Hello there,
If you have chronic tonsils bleeding, most often surgical removal of tonsils (tonsillectomy) is recommended. There is a variety of traditional surgical approaches. The newest is called PITA and it is the fastest in recovery and has less postoperative pain. Best wishes!

The PITA technigue is useful for people with sleep apnea. It is not, however, recommended for those who suffer from tonsil infections. The PITA technique leaves a small amount of the tonsil intact leaving a chance for regrowth and the possibility of more surgery. |
