Hello all,
First post so please be gentle!
I am 36 years old, just about the right weight for my height etc, but a smoker 
For a long time I have found that I can only last about 30 seconds once inside my partner. I have been in a relationship, with my now fiancee, for 7 years and we are due to marry this year.
She does take a long time to achieve orgasm, which to be noted annoys her aswell, but as soon as I am inside her its game over!
We love each other to bits and hate to disappoint each other. She says it is not a problem, but I do get the feeling she would like it to last longer, as much as I would aswell.
I have tried the start/stop technique both together and on my own, but it does not seem to make any difference.
I do try and relax, and we do plenty of foreplay before, but it would just be so nice to enjoy the closeness of intimate sex longer.
I have payed and downloaded books on the matter, but they say the same old thing. I have tried different condoms that contain basically a numbing cream and they don't really do anything apart from loose the feel.
I have tried to talk to my partner, but she is very embarrassed, and says it is not a problem but I do have a feeling it is to a degree.
Any ideas? It would never break our love for each other, but it would be nice to enjoy the making love experience more without feeling concerned over reaching the last stop coral point
