I have been having lower back pain (in the center below kidneys like menstral pains) for over a week and yesterday began having burning when I urinate and frequency however little urine excretion. I too have some pains randomly in my lower stomach area. These symptoms however come and go, for example when I wake up I feel great however two hours later it all comes back. I went to the doc and did a test, no infection or blood in my urine. Suggested that I go to a urologist, have an appt. in a week. I am however impatient and need some idea of what may be wront. Could it be kidney stones? Could it be intestinal? Please advise...
Sounds like stones to me. I've had stone several times in the past five years and my reg. Dr. found nothing. Your urologist will probably order x-rays to determin so.
