Do I have some sort of skin infection?

I've noticed this little rash on my right foot and it seems like it's working it's way up my right leg. One idiotic thing that I did that seemed or could be the cause would be because of me showering at the gym without any sandals or footwear. Could that be the problem? That I've caught a skin disease of some sort? Please any advice or help would be greatly appreciated. Here are a few pictures
