It sounds like you may have a problem with your endocrine system. I strongly suggest you go see a homeopath or naturopath; they'll really help fix the problem. I'm a woman and I was suffering with depression for a long time. I went to see a homeopath and got treated for problems with my endocrine system that was causing me to produce too much serotonin and therefore too much testosterone. If you have the problem that you're not producing enough, go see a homeopath and they'll fix it.
