Do any prescription drugs interact with saw palmetto?

Hello, folks. I have a hair loss problem. Someone suggested me to try with saw palmetto. Since I have my regular antihypertensive therapy, I wonder whether any prescription drug interacts with this herb. What do you know about this? I would gladly hear out your opinions. Hello to you too. Saw Palmetto increases the time that blood needs to clot. That is why it shouldn’t be combined with antiplatelet and anticoagulation drugs. If they are combined, then prolonged bleeding can be expected. Antiplatelets are clopidogrel and Ticlid. Anticoagulants are heparin and warfarin. Since Saw Palmetto has a hormonal activity, it may interfere with hormone replacement therapy or oral contraceptives. Aspirin also delays clotting, so it shouldn’t be combined with Palmetto either.
