Hello, guys. I have been smoking for more than 25 years and I would like to quit smoking. I just don’t know which method to choose. My colleague recommends me nicotine patches. I wonder if these patches really work. What are your experiences with them? Thanks in advance. Bye-bye, guys.

Hello to you too. I think nicotine patches can help. My aunt quit smoking after wearing them for few weeks. And she had been smoking for almost 30 years. The nicotine in the patches satisfies the organism’s need for this substance. That is why you won’t feel the need to smoke. I think you should try it. You have nothing to lose. I hope this will help. Good luck!
