Do the testicular cancer lumps kind of pop?

Hi I'm 17 years old and a couple months ago I found a pimple shaped lump on my left testicle. At first I thought it was just a scar from scratching to much but it just popped up one day. Plus i squeeze it every sometimes and a zit like puss comes out every now and then.

Is that normal for testicular cancer? I haven't been to a doctor yet but i'm thinking about asking my dad to take me sometime. How long does it take before the cancer takes its toll?

Sounds like a sweat-gland. Tumours don't have puss in them, but you should definitely have it checked out to make sure it's not an infection of some sort!
