Do vegetarians have much healthier life?

Hi, folks. My best friend became vegetarian. She can do with her life what she wants, but then again I am not sure whether this is quite smart decision. Can we really say that vegetarians have much healthier life? Is one really healthy when limits his pleasures? What do you think?

Hello, there. If we talk about physical health, then I would say that vegetarians lead healthier life. There are some serious studies that show they vegetarians do live longer than common people. Vegetarians live 7 years longer and vegans even 15 years. Vegetarian food can be helpful in preventing some serious diseases like cancer or heart diseases. If you ask me whether they are satisfied with this way of life, I really don’t know what to tell you. These people should be satisfied since they choose life like this. You should talk to several vegetarian people. Good luck!
