| Personally I was always thinking of myself as a person with bad food habits. My favorite food is fast food: hot dog, burgers, etc. But now I am am man and I want my kids to eat healthy. So I have a problem, how am I suppose to explain to them why I do not eat the same food like they? And beside, do you actually like the entire vegetables doctor tell us to give our children? For example broccoli, I do not even like its looks. |

| I think that you are making very big mistake! Unfortunately you have a chance to correct this thing. Try, while preparing meals for your kids to taste some of food you dislike. It is not that bad. Beside, that might solve you two problems. You wont need to do explanations to your kids and you will learn to eat some healthy food. And about broccoli it is a pure taste choice, but is healthy. |
