Do you want perfect looking skin?

I hate my skin at the moment…I always used to have more or less clear skin, but a few months ago my skin started to suck. I want it to be smooth again. How come I can’t have perfect looking skin? Do you want perfect looking skin?

Of course I want to have perfect looking skin. I spend a lot of money on skin care products. I’m really excited and use the new products every day for a week or two, but then the novelty wears off and I get lazy again and just do my quick wash routine. For the past few days I’ve been really good. I want to keep it up as my skin is looking a bit better from all the face packs I’ve been doing. I also got a little sun at the weekend which also helps. I want my skin to be really nice and clear so that I don’t have to wear make up.

You are what you eat....

Eating dark green leafy vegetables, taking vitamins, and drinking lots of water helps TREMENDOUSLY.

I recommend Cod Liver Oil. It makes my nails and hair grow twice as fast...and my skin is always a smooth, olive clear. I love it.
