Doctor decided to add Avastin to my Abraxane treatment

Well, I have been on Abraxane for almost three months now and it looks like the things are not looking so great. And that means I had to add something more to the therapy and doctor decided that Avastin should be the extra medicament. Did anyone have any experience with it?

I had, with both of those medications and Zometa too. First, it was only Abraxane, but then I started with Avastin and Zometa too. As for the side effects, there were loss of appetite, weakness and los of hair (although nothing serious). I did not have to deal with nausea luckily. So, I think that you should give it a try and if that does not work, you can easily change the therapy.
