Does Aviane protect you 100% from getting pregnant?

i just started taking aviane, and i wanted to know whether or not it protected you 100% and if not, than what percent it does...?

The pill is 98-99% effective when taken everyday at the same time, with no missed pills.

The most effective form of birth control is the IUD.

could it have an effect if you switch the time on your pill say if you use to take it at night then you switch it to the morning time.

Yes. Your should take the pil no more than 24-26 hours apart. If there is more time in between pills the level of birth control hormones in your body can decrease and can cause spotting, or release an egg.
