Hi, I am very unhappy with the way I look. I am a twenty four years old girl and I am a bit fat. A lot of diets have been introduced to me but none of them did me any good. I wanted to go to the gym but am too embarrassed. I heard that dancing can be a replacement. Does dancing help?

Hi, first of all, I do not know what are you embarrassed about. This is not a normal behavior. It can even destroy your self-esteem. I was also, as you said, a bit fat. I did not go to the gym because I was never into that sort of sport activity. A friend of mine suggested that I should take dancing lessons. He told me that this can help. And so I did. You can not even imagine how fun it is. And the best part is-you lose weight. Therefore, I recommend you give it a try. After all you have nothing to lose, except weight. Best of luck.
