Does Granisetron Oral have any side effects?

I am suffering from lung carcinoma. I have been a passionate smoker for a long time. On the last medical check, a change has been discovered on my left lung. I was recommended to take radiotherapy as the only solution for this problem. But the treatment is not easy at all. Nausea is the main problem and I take Granisetron Oral for that. Does this drug have any side effects?

Granisetron is a medication with anti emetic effect that deals well with nausea caused by radiotherapies. It is a drug that inhibits 5 HT 3 receptors. As for unwanted side effects, no matter what is the form of application, there are headaches, redness, warmth feeling, constipation It does not cause the extra pyramidal effects as metaclopramid does.
