| Hi, I am suffering from liver damage, which is a result of long term dealing with hepatitis B. Now, my situation got complicated because of my tumor, which should be taken care of by radiotherapy. Against vomiting, I have to take Granisetron and since my liver is bad (most of the drugs are metabolized through liver), I would like to know does Granisetron induce or inhibit the cytochrome P-450 drug-metabolizing enzyme system in vitro? |
