Does Hydroclorot normally react with Opiates (poppy seed Muffins)?;

I started taking Hydroclorot for blood pressure today. I also had 3 poppy seed muffins, and 16oz. of orange juice this AM. My pulse rate is increased significantly, and I do not feel well at all, slight nausea, slight headache, generally feel as if I am going to pass out, light headed. Is there a relationship between poppy seeds and hydroclorot?
