Does Mucinex DM help clear mucus?

I hate winters. Every time cold weather comes, I start having nose problems. I am tired of using all sorts of meds that help me with treating my nose condition. I also exercise four times a week and you might imagine how important nose breathing is for me. What I would like to know is Does Mucinex DM help clear mucus? My friend at the gym told me that it was quite effective in his case.

Well, I assume you know that every case is different and what is effective for one, might not be that effective for another, if at all. But do not be discouraged. You said that you have tried many medications up to now. So, why not trying this one? It should help you because it has double effect. One part of the pill reacts immediately, while the other has the effect that will last for 12 hours.
