Hi, I believe that if you have already divided duties it will not be easy to get him involved in it. He is used that you are doing it fine, so he is not trying to make any changes. When I have said my husband that I would like some input on what he wants for our boys, he said there is no need for him to get involved and spoil something. I like that he has confidence in me, but still children need to have contact with their father too. He is very uninterested in their work, never asking what they are learning or how is their work going. I can make him talk to them about certain topics that are of great interest to him, but that’s all.
