hi

im a 34 year old guy. i have been masterbating for the past 10 years or so. i have noticed that my penis has shrunk to a child like size. it used to be a good size a couple of years ago but now is very very small. my testicles also disappear. i have not slept with anyone before. my erections are not as hard as they used to be and dont stay for as long as they used to. my technique is that i will be in a missionary position on a sheet or something and have the underside of my penis rubbing against it. i was wondering if anyone knew what the reasons for that could be and whether anything can be done.

i will be getting married this year and was worried about my first night.

I will post here as I seem to be in the same situation as you and same age

I am a regular masturbator and this has not caused problems until 2 weeks ago

I did not notice a problem until I felt a tingling in my penis during sleep - it felt like my penis was shrinking so I touched my penis in an attempt to make it slightly erect but this had the opposite effect of making it retreat further

I thought that this would be a temporary problem (and I have refrained from attempting to get an erection during this period ) , however the problem has continued to the present day so my penis has been very small (child like) for 2 weeks and is unable to get an erection - it just hangs downwards and is quite thin - the only thing that increases the size is urine eg when I need to urinate

I have seen my doctor and he said that I have balanitis and has prescribed fucibet cream

At the time I did not know what balanitis was , but I do know now and was wondering whether the balanitis was caused by the reduction in size of my penis because the small sized penis in foreskin suitable for a larger penis results in urine being retained within the foreskin after urinating (it is difficult to drain it off completely)

I have used the fucibet cream and it has reduced the irritation and smell (it smelt a bit like straw) however this smell was not present when masturbating 2 weeks ago so that is why I do not think I had a hygene problem/balanitis before the shrinking penis problem

I have only used the fucibet cream for 2 days and I am having difficulty pulling the foreskin back to apply the cream to the penis head as my penis has become so small (and I can hardly see the head) also the instruction leaflet does not state how to apply the cream to the penis eg do I just leave it - or wipe it off (it does not mention that it can be used on the penis at all)
should I use a cotton bud to apply it if I cannot peel the foreskin back ?

This probably doesn't help you , I would be interested to know if your penis shrunk suddenly like mine - or over time and whether you were able to masturbate after it shrunk or did you have to wait for it to come back to life

I am 27 yrs of age and started masterbating when i was 14......and since than i have been masterbating almost regularly at least once a day....and many times twice or even more....i remember sometimes i used to masterbate even 4 or 5 times in 24 hours....!!!!

i was unaware if it could cause any problem or side effect??

but on more than one occasion i heard or read from some expert doctor or sexologist who were saying that masterbation isnt anywrong. all were confirming "USE IT OR LOOSE IT" rule....

i tried to stop masterbating , but that became possible for maximum of 2 weeks...and then i was back masterbating even more....!!!

but since last 1 year i m feeling that my desire for sex has lessened .....and so does the size of my penis...

still i cant stop masterbating...because it has become a very bad habit....i cant even sleep if i dont do it. but i notice that i m not enjoyin it as much as i used to do it....and even my penis has become small....and its not getting as hard as it used to be.

can anyone help me out with the correct remidies???

i can see many other people also having the same difficulties as i had experienced.
