I feel like my labia is getting bigger and bigger each time I masturbate. I do do it hard when I play with myself. Will this cause my labia to stretch bigger? Should I start using oil/lotion? Or is it all in my head?

no the size and shape of your genitalia is genetic. its like saying "If I stretch my arms when i warm up for exersize will they get longer?"
I dont know your age but you might be on a growth spurt or something, you wont hideously warp or distort your labia by masturbation, however.
