Hi! I have 3 months old baby. I’m breastfeeding her. I’m worried because I think she has some allergic reaction. Somebody told me that something that I eat can cause allergic reaction to my baby. Is this truth? Tell me, please, Does mother's food have any impact on allergies in babies?

Yes. It’s very important to know that the food that is thought to be causing the allergy will need to be taken out from the mother's diet. Cows’ milk usually causes allergic reaction. But if you need to avoid cows' milk or other foods for some time, you have to try to get enough calcium and other vitamins in your diet.
