Does reflexology work for depression?

I have been thinking a lot about my depression and how to deal with it. The good thing is that I am aware I have a problem, while the bad thing is that the problem won't go away on its own. I am not that fond of medications, but will use them if necessary. Does reflexology work for depression?

You would be amazed to know what are these alternative ways of healing capable of. Reflexology has always been a very interesting method for me, mostly because the entire body is supposedly connected to the foot. So, by pressuring and massaging certain spots there we might affect all systems in our body and deal with several conditions (I think depression is included too). Try it, you have nothing to loose.
