Does smoking Marijuana cause a negative affect for patients with congestive heart failure?

I had a heart attack in '04 mainly because I was overweight, high blood pressure & diabetic. My father passed in '02 and in '03 I started smoking marijuana. Well... I still smoke marijuana but not as much. I'm wondering what the side effects or what is the damage from smoking marijuana while having congestive heart failure. Any info would be greatly appreciated!
