Does someone have experience with holistic therapies?

Hello! I got offer for holistic therapies, but I am not sure should I accept. I want to ask you do you know someone or you have some experience with holistic therapies. If you know someone or if you have, please tell me something more about this subject. I have heard opposite opinions about holistic therapies.

Hello! Well, I am sure that someone likes this kind of therapy and someone had some problems. From my experience, I can tell you that I have found that massage, aromatherapy and stress reduction was very useful for me. But, I have tried some herbal medicine too and I can tell you that I had allergic reaction. So, be very cautious.
