do you have any signs of getting your period soon? and if you havent had you period for 3 years total your period might be irregular. when i was 15 i missed periods sometimes. theres more than 2 or 3 reasons that you missed your period, it could be from excessive excercise, or or again, your period could be late or you missed it. dont jump to conclussions tho. if you are very worried, either go to a doctors or planned parenthood. you dont need a parents permission. they shouldnt ask you or tell your parents.

i hope i helped!

Some girls get tender breasts from their menstrual cycle, so I wouldn't panic just yet. Still, be sure to go to a doctor and get tested since you did miss a period. Do you have any other symptoms like fatigue or anything like that? Try some place like Planned Parenthood where you're assured privacy and discretion.

If you've been training really hard for like a sport, have had huge life changes, or if you've been really stressed, it's possible that could have caused you to miss your period. Sometimes girls just miss their period as well. You could also just have irregular periods. Go to a doctor to be safe. If you had unprotected sex and then missed a period, a pregnancy test is in your best interest.

As for the withdrawal method, the withdrawal method is a form of birth control and the oldest form at that; however, it's very controversial. The withdrawal method should only be used by people in a trusting relationship and by men who are very familiar with when they will ejaculate, have good self-control, and have experience. Many men can tell when they're going to ejaculate. At 16, I doubt anyone you're with has the experience and self-control he needs to do withdrawal successfully every time. Use another method of birth control. Condoms are cheap, the pill is free for people under 18, and both can be available without your parents ever knowing (if you're concerned with that). It never hurts to be safer.

Some doctors believe pre-ejaculation (pre-cum) can pick up and carry sperm still in the urethra from previous ejaculations, which may cause pregnancy. Going to the bathroom after ejaculation can help clean out the urethra and prevent left-behind sperm from getting into pre-cum.

It's best to play it safe and use a condom or some other form of birth control, for the withdrawal method doesn't protect against STDs. While your boyfriend is getting used to pulling out, it's best to use a condom anyway. The withdrawal method takes practice. If you're having sex with more than one partner, please use a condom to protect yourself and further assure no pregnancy. At such a young age, I highly suggest condoms or something else.

It shouldn't be used if your boyfriend ever experiences premature ejaculation.

Sperm doesn't need to be "shot" into the vagina. Sperm swim. So even if your boyfriend does pull out, if he gets any sperm around your vagina, even on the leg, you should quickly wipe and clean it off with warm water and soap and go to a clinic to get a morning after pill. Sperm tries its hardest to reach you. If there's a will, there's a way, and sperm definitely has the will.

Again, I suggest using more than one birth control method. The withdrawal method, though very successful IF done correctly, is still rather risky. If you're young, it's not worth the risk. At least use a condom, female condom, or spermicide.
