Does this mean I have cancer??

About 3 weeks ago i went to the doctors because I was coughing up bloody mucus and they told me I had pneumonia, but if I wasnt better in 10 days to come back cause it might be a tumor. I took my meds and felt better but a few days later I noticed I coughed up blood one more time. I went back to the doc's and they told me I had bronchitus. Now Im coughing up bloody mucus a ton, every so often i just get dizzy and see spots as well as parts of my body will randomly go numb for bout 20 min. The doc told me they cant do another x-ray for a couple more weeks and I was just wondering if what is happening to me could be a tumor because I have been a smoker now for 3 or 4 years and Im scared....

Cancer from smoking for 3-4 years: HIGHLY UNLIKELY as in about as close to zero as you can get without being zero.

Does this mean I have cancer??
