Does this mean im pregnant?

PLEASE TAKE LIKE 5 MINUTES AND HELP ME FIGURE OUT.
i really need to find out if im pregnant or not but i'd rather wait on getting a pregnancy test so i wanted to have a few peoples opinions first.

okay, well the last time i had my period was the last week of june on the 30th into the month of july till the 2nd or 3rd and we always have sex like all the time and never use any protection but i guess just where he pulls out... we had sex in july on the 3rd, 4th, 5th, 8th, and 14th i know of them for sure and probably a few other days in there before the 15th neways i went to the beach the 15-22 & we had sex again on the 22 and prob. 23rd or 24th & i know on the 25 then he went on vacation the 26th of july till august 2 and we had sex on that day too and the 3rd, 4th, 5th maybe the 6th and yesterday on the 9th and today is the 10th and its been like over a month since i've had my period and sometime my side hurts & i think im gonna get my period but then i never have it?
oh and btw like i think it was on the 5th i was on top for once and he said i was the first girl to ever get him off while they was on top or something and i didnt get off top of him so i think he might have came in me... im just not really sure? but yeahh PLEASE HELP, & THANKS.

If I were you I would take a test soon. That way you can put your mind to rest. Since you are about a month or so late for your period one of the home pregnancy tests should be accurate. Do you have any other symptoms? For future reference if your not tring to get pregnant then use protection or maybe contact planned parenthood for birth control pills. If your not pregnant then you need to see a Dr. to find out why your not getting your period. It happened to me before and it ended up being ovarian cysts. Either way its a good thing to know.
